The staff was efficient and very friendly. The location was peaceful, within a short walking distance to everything we wanted to do. The area was quiet and served as a good base for us. The restaurant offered hot food.

This place is a nice non-smoking hotel with super friendly staff and a great breakfast selection, situated in a peaceful location near Wallabies.

The staff were friendly from the desk clerk down to house keeping! The continental breakfast was superb and the hostess was very attentive to our needs. I will suggest Comfort Suites to anyone traveling, and in my future travels back to Johnson City - I will make Comfort Suites my number one choice.

it was a really nice experience. The hotel is in a walkable area, close to the interstate highway and Johnson City. The breakfast options were satisfying with a good variety to choose from. The location is exceptionally nice and quiet, close to a big shopping mall.

We got great value for our money at Comfort Suites. The room was clean, and the location was convenient and quiet. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

The only thing that could make the breakfast better is if they mixed things up a little on the menu.

Disrepair & neglected upkeep. Room 121- heating/cooling equipment noisy. Toliet paper dispenser broken. On elevator, a vinyl strip hanging. In mulch & parking lot, many cigarette butts.
